• Upon booking, you agree to pay 100% of the service price in advance.
• You understand and accept the characteristics of each service you have contracted.

“Cancellation Policy for Auto Detailing Services”

If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 12 hours in advance by calling (330-524-2348) or emailing (mauricio@smartautodetails.com). No cancellations or no-shows will be refunded, but you may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times if you have already paid in full for the service. You can rebook an appointment for any available time in the future using our website booking system or by contacting us directly.

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and do not provide at least 12 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 USD no show fee. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.
